Honey Chilli Frozen French Fries Recipe
Ingredients
- Coated Frozen French Fries – 200 gms
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Spring Onion (chopped) – for garnish
Cooking Method
- Fry Coated Frozen French Fries in hot oil (175°C) for 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove and place on a serving dish.
- In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté chopped garlic until aromatic.
- Add honey, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and chilli flakes. Mix well to form a glaze.
